Overview

RunReady ("we," "our," or "the app") is an equestrian run time calculator designed for competitive riders. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Event details: Event names, start times, and horses per hour settings
• Horse entries: Names and draw numbers you enter
• Reminders: Reminder titles and scheduled times
• App preferences: Display name, default settings, and time format preferences

Important: All this data is stored locally on your device using secure storage. We do not transmit, collect, or store any of your event data on external servers.

Push Notifications

If you enable reminders, we use Apple's push notification service to deliver reminder alerts. These notifications are processed locally on your device and we do not have access to their content.

Information We Do NOT Collect

RunReady does NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Health or fitness data
• Financial information
• Photos, contacts, or other device data

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. Since all data remains on your device, there is no data to share.

Third-Party Services

RunReady does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection services.

Data Retention and Deletion

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Using the "Clear All Reminders" option in Settings
• Deleting individual saved events
• Uninstalling the app (removes all data)

Children's Privacy

RunReady does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. The app is designed for equestrian competitors of all ages and does not require account creation or personal data submission.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
